The Parlor · four to seven, nightly
The evening canapés: the kitchen sends out charcuterie, good cheese, and whatever it baked that afternoon, complimentary, no sign-up, no seating time. Fix a plate and claim the chair by the window.
The Floor Pantries
There is no minibar in the room. There is one on every floor: a refreshment center stocked with cold drinks, snacks, essentials and a few games, all of it complimentary.
Think of it as the pantry down the hall. Help yourself, at any hour.
Lester's is right next door, its own restaurant and open to the public. A French-leaning raw bar from the same kitchen, run by Chef Jacques Larson: oysters, shellfish, the day's catch, and a wine wall to work through.
Start cold, oysters, peel-and-eat shrimp, the full seafood tower, then prime rib, or a lasagna that has no business being this good in a seafood house.
Your stay comes with reservation access: tell the front desk when you'd like to eat and they will secure the table.
